The contractor will provide property management support. Entry Level Position. Requires forklift and light truck operation. Excellent communication skills required. Base knowledge of MicroSoft Windows Platform a must. Proficiency in office productivity tools. Able to learn new technology concepts quickly. Able to manage a complex project without constant supervision.

This position requires 4 or more years of experience in the management of complex projects, have knowledge of logistics automated systems and work breakdown structures. This position requires extensive planning, analysis, and coordination experience; experience with United States Army and training, facilities, and long or short-range support and; the ability to analyze needs to meet FMS case requirements (e.g., production requirements, schedules for deliver, price and availability spare parts needed, and test equipment) to support the case. This individual must have the ability to gather information from functional and program specialists in such areas as supply, production, inventory management, procurement, maintenance, transportation, training, and funding. This person must be computer proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Project and other computer programs. This position requires the ability to obtain and maintain secret security clearance.
